A more accurate argument for the Shelby Markup is the 09 Shelby GT500 KR. It was a GT500 with the Ford Racing power pack that was $80k. Yes a very limited production car but for the 10 GT500 we had the same car performance wise for less money.

Mach 1 maybe 2017 Facelift is 2018 hopefully 10 speed auto in 2018 GT500 in 2017 MY. Just some thoughts.

So a base C7 Vette is $54, 000. A '15 GT PP Recaro is $37, 015. A base Boss 302 was $40, 995 I expect a base price of $49, 995 only because if Ford prices it at or above the Vette a lot of buyers will look else where considering this is a track car even though it can be a street worthy...

So after the GT350 reveal the few things I want in an upgraded track pack are: 1. Wheels/Tires 2. Recaros 3. Bigger brakes

I am going to go with $55k. That would put it roughly $23k more than a base GT yet still leave price room for a $65-$70k Shelby GT500.

8k+ redline, those wheels and those seats! This car is a great sign of the things to come from Ford. Amazing time to be a muscle car fan! Way to go Ford! Also love the red start button and shift know accents. Are the 295s up front or out back?

Sweet I love the styling, not overdone. Over 500 hp plus Ford actually put some wheels and tires on this car. 10.5 front, 11 in the rear. Sweet. Flat bottom steering wheel and cloth Recaros. Can't wait to see real picks.
