That’s the impression I got as well….but their auto chat feature was answering questions in a normal way (not like it was scripted) so again just wanted to see if anyone had actually either bought something from them or actually been to their warehouse.

The problem is I live in Australia and buying something small isn’t worth it.

Was this tune for the engine and gearbox or just the gearbox?

The main take away from all this is IF you do find this rust/corrosion…..get onto ford and don’t let up until they replace the part! I am fortunate that the ford dealer I go to has been very good with communication and any request I make.

In any event it’s a defect and needs to replaced under warranty
