Can someone verify that what I'm looking at here shouldn't be collapsed like that? And also enlighten me as to what it is? The little unit is bolted to the back of the intake with two small torx bolts, has two hoses, and an electrical connector. Thank you in advance!

*Just an update* I replaced driver side o2 with NTK 27080, plenty of wire length. Data logged again, and both o2 readings now flow up and down like a sine wave at idle. Which I'm assuming is normal.
