I have the premium and mine went dark/locked up once when I was turning the screen off. Radio stayed on but stuck on same channel, volume only worked on the manual knob. No other buttons worked. I shut the car off and on to no avail. It did finally come back to normal after sitting overnight.
I just did a 1100 mile weekend round trip, mainly interstate cruising at 75 and got 24.5. PP car and AC running the whole time with 2 adults and 2 children.
I'll have to look for this. I was washing the car at the car wash(pressure washing) and the lights were going nuts. No audible alarm however, just lights flashing continuously.
Between this one and the Injen, they both look real nice. Hopefully some good numbers.
I know CAI's are marginal gains, but they look and sound cool! :D
One more often overlooked techniques to be aware of is throttle lift mid-turn. Be careful not to dive hard into a turn on the juice only to let off hard. The rear end will come around quickly and is not as easy to correct as if you were in a power spin.
I drove around about 2.5 hrs yesterday with the temp gauge on the screen. Ambient temp averaged 80 degrees and the intake temp kept around 83 +/-.
Stock intake.
I agree. My F250 allows for nothing but simple icons along the side. It's not completely blank, but a nice stack of icons. I wish the Mustang was the same, especially for night time driving. Less bright light sources the better.
