I'm pretty sure that's a 29.7 (I can clearly see a point between the 9 and 7) and above it says something "pressure", so I'm guessing that's an atmospheric pressure reading.
It has the memory buttons. I wish more cars came with that. Plus my friends would care more about me making sure I'm comfortable enough with my positioning to not crash their car. Not a problem.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who does this. I've been doing this since I was 17. Completely accident free and have never merged in on someone else, despite never "checking my blind spot" by turning my head. It's totally unnecessary if you have your mirrors adjusted correctly.
The only problem...
Well, there's the BMW 2-series, Mercedes C-Class coupe, Infiniti Q60 coupe, and (possibly, but no prices have been released) the Lexus RC. But a Lincoln entry into the market based on the S550 might be pretty nice too. It seems like a pretty hot market for that right now.
I'd test drive them both if I were you. I personally can't stand FWD cars IRL or in racing games. Especially once you start adding power. If you have any desire to go to autox events or take your car to a track of any kind, FWD is going to feel a lot less exciting for you.
Also, from what I've...
I fully agree with this. There's so much potential for computerized stability control, but it's wasted. Most (all I've personally driven) could be better described as a vehicle performance limiter, when it could/should be something that enhances the overall capability of the car (improves...
What he is saying was that "a good driver's car" isn't about being fast. It's about being engaging and fun. That's why the Nissan GTR doesn't win despite granting every driver that steps in it temporary car-god powers.
A great example of this is the Motor trend "Best Driver's Car" for 2012. In...
It actually does, but it's blacked out for some reason. It also has the "50th anniversary" style (the Pony with the ring around it), so maybe it's slightly camo'd?
edit: post elsewhere has contrast to it to show it off
Because the launch control in this car (from what I've seen) just limits the full-throttle RPM to be launch friendly. And the automatic essentially does this naturally with the torque converter when you press the brake and gas pedal at the same time.
It wouldn't have any real effect on the...
Frankly, I wouldn't make any quick judgements about EPAS. "Fortunately" for me, the first (and only) car I drove with electric steering was the Scion FR-S, so I've never known the "poorly done" ones, but I'd contend the FR-S's steering feel to be far superior to the majority of the hydraulic...
I regret to say that I haven't driven a Mustang in a long time (test drove one about 8 years ago but didn't push it very hard), but I know many cars "bounce" off of the rev limiter, so I suspect that's how the Mustangs of the past work. My current car, a Subaru WRX, will rapidly lose power as it...
