Are these any good? on a 2.75" pulley with slip, is going to a 2.8"/2.7" griptec likely to help? obviously trying to avoid shelling out for the full 8rib setup :( I can't seem to find many or any examples of these being actually used with success. People suggest them, and vendors obviously...

when my clutch was slipping it was the other way round, it came on normally til about 4.5k revs then no power and revs flew up. think that's the fairly standard symptom anyway based on only the 2 cars i've had that have lost a clutch. went at only 620rwhp

it's completely different. sync 2 is sluggish and just looks old. but if you aren't fussed on it i guess it's ok for what it is. but if you want grabber blue then they all come with sync 3 anyway as that colour wasn't available on the older model :)
