The pedal commander will do what you want,I've used it on a hemi ram and it was a big difference in throttle response.

The pedal commander does give quicker throttle response,as for the rt try leaving sooner on the tree.

White paint that is thin will have a blue tint to it, and your's looks blueish.

On my old 2017 hemi ram to defeat the deactivation, all you had to do was put it in manual shift mode and put it in 8th gear.It would shift through all the gears still and keep it from activating.

If you have the 4" screen you don't have drive modes, so switching to the 8" screen and bezel will get you the drive modes.Forscan is free, but you need the interface box to connect to obd2 port.Just look up sync 3 swap and you'll find all the info.
