Emilbadal..I know you have been chasing this for some time now.I wish I had a concrete answer to your problem.
Unshielded/poor quality cables could pick up noise. You could try that JL unit like sparky did.For $65 it is not going to break the bank.
I want you guys to read this.

There are numerous pages on the RANE website that are filled with great information.
It will help you understand what is happening when you connect different pieces of equipment.
I use a rane deq60 in my high end home stereo setup...
Yes I know.I had to do it with the roush also.
I thought it was a fair deal at $999 to get the Ngauge, the iat harness and the tune.
They will log and revise with you till it is good. They hit mine first shot,no revisions.
You can download the log from the ngauge and read in excel. They looked fine...
This is what I found on a quick search
I think the plug is in the right side kick panel..Match the colors up to make sure you have the correct plug.
A easy way is to look in the trunk up at the speakers and check the colors there...
What I did was in the 14 pin plug you will see pin #1 is the audio enable.Pin #14 is the hot positive and pin #11 is the ground that is tied to the instrument panel structure. Those turned on the original amp.Patch those wires into a PAC TR-4.That lets 6 volts in and gives you 12 volts out with a...
Sparky I was thinking........
Where did you grab the turn-on wire for the amp from?I wonder if that is where the noise is getting injected into the amp
One other thing to maybe try is,I used the ground which is up high next to the top left of the factory amp.You will see it when you look up there. It was either a 8 or a 10 mm bolt that attaches the factory wiring from the audio harness. You could make a quick jumper lead and see if it makes any...
Not sure than.
More than likely is because the phone is not using the same ground as the head unit.
I just googled that DSP review and that is what came up fast.
The Morels and the Alpine should work fantastic I would think.
More than likely the DSP.

You can NOT use cheap equipment in these systems.
They are very sensitive to any grounding issues and noise.
Don't expect champagne on a beer budget
All of the rest of...
I did it like this. You will not see it that great when it is in the a/c vent.

Not to hijack the thread, but figured I would post up my findings.
Thursday night out of frustration I reloaded the ford racing tune.
Drove to my shop friday,20 miles, and back home another 20.It set 4 out of the 8.
This morning I went and put fuel in it to a little over 3/4 of a tank.Drove up and...
I'm curious where they set each driver up to play.
I think my 6.5's are 90hz-450hz,the 3.5 is 450hz -5,000hz and the tweeter is 5,000hz to wide open.
I also put a small gap in the sub.I think it plays from 75hz down to 30hz, or something like that.
I do agree to open up that software and learn...
Thank you for the insight.
I did give it 1 more ride home, and still the O2 and HO2 did not set.
I just flashed back to stock ,and then loaded the Ford Racing tune back in.
I bet driving it to the shop in the morning, letting it cool by lunch, then over to my guy for inspection that they all set.
I...
I also am trying to get mine to set right now with the PBD emissions tune.I feel like it is waste of time.
My thought was to load the Ford racing tune back in,as that sets very fast.
What tune did you end up with?
Nice!
How do you like it?It is very close to my setup. At the time the audio control was just getting released and not out to the public yet.
I used the Helix P-Six instead which cost a tad bit more, but there was not many choices when I did my system.
I do feel that a good clean powerful system...
