  2. "Venom Kills Demons" - Jim Owens (Ford Performance Marketing Manager)

with alll due respect and consideration I would say the Thunderbolts were very competitive on the drag strip before the CJ mustangs and Boss 429's and original GT500's, if you want to talk old school FE power, I think the old 406's with tri-power carbs held the torch well before Tasca got Ford...
  3. "Venom Kills Demons" - Jim Owens (Ford Performance Marketing Manager)

Thats cool :) I grew up at the tail end of the muscle car era and during the smog era of the 70's but I have a healthy appreciation for classic muscle cars as well as the modern stuff, but I am a die hard Ford man (even when I was management with Chrysler) I always associate mopar performance...
  4. "Venom Kills Demons" - Jim Owens (Ford Performance Marketing Manager)

Sorry my bad I thought it was 55 LOL I was close anyways :D and what was Dodge's hot offering in 1957 ?? I'd like nothing better than to relegate "Mopar Performance" to what it was in the 80's, a bunch of lame turbo 4 cyl derivitives of the K car LOL
  5. "Venom Kills Demons" - Jim Owens (Ford Performance Marketing Manager)

Definitly a must, 850Hp sounds about right and would instantly make Dodge's lame offerings a has been, nothing would give me greater pleasure than laughing at my former collegues at FCA after all their bragging and smack talking, They seem to forget Ford has been doing supercharged muscle...
  6. GT500 wishlist

Price of the GT350 would be the only problem offering them at the same time. The GT350 is a sucessor to the Boss 302, not the GT500, Ford offered the Boss 302 cars concurrently with the GT500 so no reason they couldnt now except if the price is so close it caused canabalization of sales. Frankly...
  7. GT500 wishlist

K That is super late to bring it to market......I really hope we get more than 750hp after having to wait this long!
  8. GT500 wishlist

My wish list is simple although one item, twin turbos is already not going to happen 1) 850Hp & 780ft/lb of torque on 91/93 octane fuel 2) 315 tires & brembos for the rear (hate how my 2014 only has them up front) 3) a suspension that lets you plant the car easily 4) other spoiler...

  10. 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat

new Charger Charger is getting a slight re-do as well, we just finished building the pilots for the LA program challengers, next is the Charger, it will be offered with the hellcat engine as well, one of the engineers described it as looking similar to a dodge dart but bigger
  11. 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat

hellcat No competition LOL and reason no official unveiling is they are still trying to nail down a liveable tune one person at the plant that saw it run in the test cell said it was so gas consumptive it went through 20L of fuel in 10 mins of idling which is horrible, they want to...
  12. 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat

new challenger "hellcat" is not that different from current, a few new hoods, slightly different tail light and slightly different front fascia, trust me I have seen the preproduction models as I work at the plant building them not impressed at all no one knows finally tally on HP because...
