I’ll be updating my track times in the coming weeks in regards to the gains. I’m using the VMP 69MM. I did swap to Fore rails instead of bending the stock units. I noticed a big difference from 3500 up. Trevor Berkheiser with PBD has her running strong on the tune.

Been on E for almost 7k miles exclusively. Stock plugs and O2s. Last 3k or more with Kooks headers. No issues.

Trevor at PBD has tuned my 18 on (2) different NA setups within the past year. I've had nothing but outstanding results as well as great customer service on each session. I'm certain Rob is a beast, but as long as your part install and logs are done correctly, either will get you to your goals.
