I had the same misfire in cylinder 8 CEL. The dealership replaced all the spark plugs and the coil but CEL kept coming back on. It wasn't until they replaced the intake manifold that issue went away.
If the hose below is touching the valve cover, I would get it. Mine was just barely touching so I changed the connector.

So finally got around to swapping the trans fluid while I had the car up for an oil change. The BG Syncro Shift II really does make a difference on the MT82 with stock shifter. I'm not saying all the problems are gone but shifts are noticeably quieter and smoother :thumbsup:
