  2. Ecoboost versus 350

Back to the track today. 10am. 2015 VMP Superchargers GT, Egoboost, GT350 and Christine makes her first appearance in a year as we test a new suspension setup for AFCO. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  3. Ecoboost versus 350

Heading back out next Wednesday. ROUND 2. GT350 tuned vs EgoBoost on C12.
  4. Ecoboost versus 350

    Why of course.
  5. Ecoboost versus 350

Yeah....sorry :) I'll tell you, the 350 has the best damned factory exhaust I've ever hear when it's in sport mode. We've got a track day coming up and we'll have vids of both....separately
  6. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

We had already described the process, yet it is being argued. Rather than continue to debate it, I would seriously like to know how that works out. Not being a smartass...truly want to know. We're an HP Tuner/nGauge dealer. On a 2015-16 we have to take the car from a Roush tune to a stock...
  7. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

Let me know how that works out for you. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  8. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

You can't do that with the Roush cal. It goes away as mentioned above. American Muscle features our premium calibration services for 2105+ at this time. Only you know how important your warranty coverage is. But if you're concerned about it, waiting is definitely the right move. bj
  9. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

Have cats? If so there's no reason why you won't pass. Nothing is turned off in the tune. So, from a calibration standpoint, you're fine. I won't speak for 'Brand W' but I will tell you to pay particular attention to trap speeds at the 330, 1/8 and 1/4 marks. ETs have too many driver mod...
  10. Ecoboost versus 350

The 350 and eco head to the track again Wed. I'm smelling an 11.5xx for the eco. The 350 used launch control. Kinda sucked. Probably no LC Wednesday. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  11. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

Roush and VMP use the exact same lower assembly, so whatever you need to do with Roush, you do with VMP. Thus, yes. You'll do some clearancing on the timing cover as well as a small area in the front of the valley between the heads. We've yet to see anyone screw this up and have hundreds of...
  12. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

No "if" to it. It's been well documented in magazines, TV, another well known forum, etc. http://vmptuning.com/superchargers/gen2swap/
  13. Thinking of Supercharging my car

Ever seen a centri backed by an oem warranty? Nope.
  14. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

It's the screaming deal. A Twin Jet 67mm TB, ID1000s, and a plug and play fuel pump booster for a grand. bj
  15. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

The thing to remember about the VMP vs Roush is componentry: 1. The VMP GEN II head unit offers superior flow to the Roush unit. The Roush/Ford Performance is very good. The VMP is outstanding. We've even made the case swap an option for people that have previously bought Roush and decided...
  16. Thinking of Supercharging my car

Zero maint needed on the VMP or Roush. Filled at the factory with a 100000 mile life expectancy bj
  17. Update!! Roush Supercharger vs Whipple 2.9 vs Vmp2.3

Not stupid in the least, as we do more aftermarket calibrations for Roush vehicles than anyone. Call Roush and see what they recommend. They'll tell you to call us. We're research and development partners with them. Have been for years. If a Roush owner /customer wants more boost and/or...
  18. Thinking of Supercharging my car

We're the only aftermarket power adder built and tested on the same equipment and tested to oem standards. Our own 2015 auto GT just cut a blistering 10.1@138 with the same exact kit you can buy for $7999 and its e85 ready. We're here if you are interested in chatting about it, but as far...
