LOL. Don't be upset.
Oh yeah, my slow 12.4ET, better than most with the same amount of passes/experience drag racing, 11 passes (lifetime) to be exact. Guess I should go street race and expect to be spoon fed answers to feel better.
I've never felt my clutch protection kick in, but my is not a PP. I just turn TC off, I turned Advancetrac off once before and it didn't make a difference in the wheel-hop. That was when my suspension was 100% factory.
I would recommend a "soft" i.e. 2,500-3K RPM launch on the PP tires...
Well you have to start somewhere. Nor will someone else's car use the same settings as you just because they're the same model. You're just going to have to be a big boy and make adjustments till its dialed in.
Well it's certainly not wheels, splitters, spoilers, or changing colors.
Built in my opinion is a having the car setup with the minimum amount of performance aftermarket parts it takes to achieve an intended goal. I.E Poly/Derlin/Solid IRS bushings, shocks, springs, etc. for drag racing...

I really shouldn't look at car parts when I'm bored.
I ended up browsing Lethal's website last night and spent more money lol.
I ordered:

It's 2016, unless you're going with a really insane build, i.e huge cams, individual TBs, lots of boost (30+), etc., you're not going to ruin the reliability and street manners of today's performance vehicles.
This is almost exactly how I do it. If you set it up in the staging lanes, you only have to press a button one more time and apply the brakes. It's not that hard guys.
I use Line Lock everytime, it only takes a few seconds to activate if you do all the steps before pressing the brake down all the way and engaging it. You can move the car up to about 10MPH with the Line Lock on the pre-activation steps/menu.
Edit: I like the idea of not pre-maturely wearing...
