Porsche has used aluminum lug nuts for decades..... Not sure where the problem lies. Better than the horrible two piece lug nuts that come OE on the Fords. Destroyed The price of those lugs would scare me more than using them. Google 7075-T6 aluminum.

Get a high quality drill bit, a high speed drill and some lubricant. You'll need to drill the stud out and replace the stud. Contacting wheel lock companies will completely waste your time. Like calling Schlage looking for a deadbolt key.

Reverse customer service? A question was asked if a wheel "could" be manufactured. Yes, it can.... as a manufacturer I cannot just go make a wheel to have around the shop because someone asked for it... nor can I prevent it being out of someones price range.
