Of the 6 I requested - I got 3 (all the same program code) they were sent to me probably 1.5 weeks ago. You can have them sent to others living in your household. The offer is good for the household, not just whose name it was sent to (confirmed by calling the Ford Special Offers Team).
very unlikely. The x-plan is supposed to be a no-haggle sort of deal. You might be able to haggle add-ons like tinting, warranties, etc. But not the price of the vehicle itself.
So on top of the mustang delay... I had two packages coming in by UPS.
Package 1: (I live in Arizona) Ships from LA to Texas... and gets stuck in the snow/ice they are having. Delayed. (Not sure why they didnt just go from LA -> Phoenix... but then again when I mail a letter from Tucson to...
Cotus is now back to awaiting shipment. Hopefully this is just one of those cotus glitch moments and it is still in transit.

You just need to purchase a membership that lasts longer than 60 days. MCA is a 1 year membership so you dont need to worry about that.
edit: I joined and generated a pin within minutes after joining. The membership card will take up to 2 weeks to get delivered. It is hit or miss if a...
$50 to join Mustang Club of America (MCA) and that gets you x-plan. After you pay for the 1 year membership, there are instructions on this forum (and theirs) on how to go about generating your pin.
edit: On top of x-plan you can request brochures to be mailed (from Ford) about their various...
Not sure if some people know that its reversible or not (psst... it is).
And its much MUCH easier for the male to do it than the woman to get her tubes tied.
Start asking around to see if other dealerships in the area will accept x-plan. Then if they come back and say yes, you can let your current dealership know that you have better offers and if he cant bring the cost down (to close to x-plan) then you will walk.
Unless a nearby dealer has...
Your mustang will be delayed if you cancel, but you could save $2000-2500 (depending on your GT order) by finding a dealer that will accept it. Even if your dealer has a non-refundable deposit for your order, you will still save money by finding a dealer that will honor x-plan pricing.
Now...
My build was on 2/9 and part of the group of 'stangs that were being held. I just received word from Rachel that my order is now officially awaiting shipment and has been released from the factory. My EDD in cotus has also updated from 3/3 to 3/13. So it should ship any day now
My EDD has updated from 3/3 to 3/13. Rachel confirmed that my order is officially in awaiting shipment (and no longer being held by the factory). Here's to hoping that it arrives 2-3 days earlier than that.
I don't believe so. However, you can join MCA for $50 to get x-plan and then cross your fingers for the $750 private cash offer from Ford (via their mailed brochures). I requested 6 brochures between my wife and I, and 3 of the 6 had the private cash offer.
This same brochure offer stacks...
I agree with the others - even if you put down a $500 non-refundable deposit, you'll save more than that if you go to another dealership with x-plan and rebates. If you weren't required to put down a deposit (or if it is refundable) then your choice just got a whole lot easier.
