Are there any vendors on here or does anyone know of a good performance shop for installs and tuning around Las Vegas? I can drive within 300 miles. So LA, Arizona, Utah, etc?
I need to get headers, CAI, tune, gears, and more installed.
Has anyone ever felt their plastic radiator cover? I had my hood opened today and when you touch it, it feels warm and sticky. Almost like its kind of melting. Is this normal?? Has anyone touched their radiator cover and noticed its kinda tacky / sticky feeling?
I ordered the 3.73 gears from Ford Racing and they are sitting in a box in the garage ready to be installed lol. But I'm contemplating on sending them back
For you guys who have the 3.73 gears in the manual, would you keep it or switch out to 3.55 or 3.31 if given the option to do it all over?
I currently have 3.31 and I cant decide if its worth going to 3.73. My plan is to stay NA
The car simply does not make a lot of power in the 1500-2k rpm range. It feels very sluggish and slow. 2500-3K i feel is a perfect cruising speed and shifting at 4 or 4.5K or hell even 5k rpm. UNLESS your on a highway cursing a far distance. Then Ill go into 6th gear.
If you drive constantly...
You can just coast in first gear without applying any clutch or throttle. It just keeps crawling and crawling and won't stall lol. I call it creep mode.
This is probably the easiest manual car I ever drove. Its actually hard to stall. Comes with hill assist and creep mode. Clutch is smooth. You'll be fine.
I love the front fascia, side rockers, and front splitter. Does the splitter come with the front fascia? I will 100% buy this if its priced right and comes pre-painted. Please make pre-painted options
Here is my next question. How accurate is the Average MPG gauge? Because mine says I average 17.4 MPG and there is NO way thats possible driving like i do. Is anyone else experiencing an inaccurate reading on theirs or are these cars just great on gas? lol
I could care less about gas mileage. Is cruising around town at 3k rpm and upshifting at around 4.5k safe for the engine on a daily basis? I would assume the coyote could handle this all day? I like to keep her in the "Power" zone. However, on the highway when cruising I will go into 6th.
