  1. Pirelli vs Continental take-off thoughts..

Ofcourse, I also just found out that I was running the G5000 model which is an endurance tire and slower than a r7. I have another set of g5500 which I will try at Laguna again in 2 weeks. I will report back with my findings. The difference is visually other than the g5000 or g5500 stamp is that...
  2. Pirelli vs Continental take-off thoughts..

Thank you http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=EM&Product_Code=ASM_Ruby_RSG&Category_Code=ASM_Seats I can get you them for quite a bit less. Simply the nicest fixed bucket seats you can buy. Alcantara and leather all around. Expensive but worth it...
  3. Pirelli vs Continental take-off thoughts..

Those were the guys I saw then! That’s quite far. I use usedracingtires.com I won’t buy new tires anymore for tracktime. They are faster than anything you can buy new and are cheaper if you buy in bulk. I’ve also used jbracing but he’s a bit of an ass.
  4. 2019 Ecoboost Sound (exhaust & stereo) - Worth the Wait?

I had a 15 EB with one of the first Borg Warner turbo kits ever made. The sound was much improved!
  5. Pirelli vs Continental take-off thoughts..

Another successful Laguna Seca trackday! Gorgeous weather with a great group of drivers. A big shout out goes to Kelly BMR Tech for being the one and only to get linear springs made for our cars. After tuning the shocks with the DSC controller, the front end of this car is planted. no more...
  6. Caliper modification

I sure did, I did the initial testing and they are Race proven. They transfer the GTPP setup into a force to be reckoned with. I don’t, just because you’d be better off with the GTPP with the AP caliper. I’ve done it all, multiple brands, multiple platforms etc etc. I don’t recommend or...
  7. Caliper modification

There are different radi-cal calipers. The ones you linked above are not worth it IMO. The GT PP Brembo with a 2 piece disc is far superior. The radi-cal calipers I carry are the Race versions. They are lighter because they’ve been stripped of all unnessecary weight. They are anodized and not...
  8. Anyone using Girodisc's rotors on their GT350?

Lol On my pirellis I was getting maybe 12 cycles. I will see what happens with these, hopefully I’ll get the same. But if I get a minimum of 2 trackdays out of each set I’m happy.
  9. Anyone using Girodisc's rotors on their GT350?

I have, it’s truly remarkable how much you can feel the difference through the steering wheel. Also tires are dirt cheap. I’m using continental take offs which run about 400 a set. Cheaper pads, cheaper tires, weight savings and better braking performance. I’ve seen a few of my customers...
  10. Anyone using Girodisc's rotors on their GT350?

I ran them years ago on a few my cars along with multiple customer cars and don’t believe in them. They are bandaids for the bigger underlying issue. The brakes are either not wicking away the heat fast enough due to the size of the braking system or the system is not getting enough cooling...
  11. Anyone using Girodisc's rotors on their GT350?

Which is good, but there’s a drawback to silicone dust boots. If you get brake fluid on them during assembly or if you have a leaking caliper seal they will dissolve and fall apart. You just have to be very careful when installing, if your swapping boots only it’s a non issue typically...
  12. Anyone using Girodisc's rotors on their GT350?

I have around 12 trackdays on my AP kit and the rings are still going strong. A lip is just starting to form. I’ve run all sorts of of aftermarket discs, pads, heat shields and so on, each time I’ve always ended up with an AP kit. Over the long term it’s always worked out to be cheaper. I’ll...

Pmd I have Ferodo DSUNO pads ready to go for the fronts as well as DSUNO and DS1.11 available for the rear. These will allow you to save your street pads and swap back and forth without having to sand or clean your discs. Just swap and go. New lower pricing on pads FYI. Be sure to use M6G at...

    Bump all compounds in stock!
  17. 18x11 Forgelines!

    Exactly it’s around 305/40/18 or 305/45/18.
  18. 18x11 Forgelines!

Oh yeah, I originally ordered 19x11.5 wheels which I knew would be light as well. 18s are amazing on this car and the profile is about the same so there’s isn’t much more wheel gap
  19. 18x11 Forgelines!

On my home scale which is merely a 30 dollar bathroom scale it’s 44.5lbs
  20. 18x11 Forgelines!

Mounted up and fit perfectly, car is not fully on the ground.
