On an intercooler and charge piping install, do you have to have a tune for the car to function. I understand a tune would be able to fully utilize the new parts but if I wish to backyard install a new intercooler and the charge piping and then take the vehicle to get it tuned is that possible?

I have the SVE 18 x 9 wheels on my performance package and they fit just fine. Went with 275/35/18 all around. They look a little small and I think I should have went with a larger sidewall. I think any 18 that could fit the 11-14 Brembo package cars should be able to fit the Ecoboost...

Desmo, I think that it sounds much better since I believe they are the only ones that are actually putting a mid-pipe / resonator / Muffler where the "suitcase" is currently located. Everyone else is just running straight pipe back to what ever mufflers they are putting on after the axle.

Could the wait at the rail yard be due to a transport company isn't going to load 1 car on its transport to take it to the final destination? So could there be a wait till there are more cars scheduled to go to that particular dealer coming on another train a day or so down the track?

Cosmo, Cobb provides all their maps / tunes for free on the web site. You just really need to meet their requirements as far as upgraded FMIC or exhaust or downpipe or whatever their stage 2 is going to be and then you just down load the map to your access port. Take a look at the other cars...
