  1. Starting Issues

What did they say was the source of the draw, the starter relay? That would be unusual. The symptoms do seem to indicate a draw is causing the issue, but it's more likely due to a module staying active. Are there any other symptoms you've noticed insofar as lights or noises after the vehicle is...
  2. Lost 2nd key fob

Roughly $170, plus most dealers charge for programming. The backup key in the fob is extra too.
  3. Three Weeks, 863.5 miles, Dead 2018 GT PP2

I can't imagine your frustration. We sent back three 2018 5.0s Monday for failure analysis. One from an F-150 that had a valve in the oil pan when towed in, and two from a Mustang with less than 200 miles (the first one shattered a piston, its replacement had a rod knock on start up). Granted...
  4. 2018 MT-82 4D TSB.

The original part number for the 3-4 fork was BR3Z-7230-B, so something has changed.
  5. Odometer is now incorrect. What would you do?

Replacement clusters are ordered with the VIN and mileage programmed in by AER or United Radio depending on the region. Either the dealer put the wrong mileage in the form or the corresponding company programmed the wrong mileage. Since the dealer doesn't seem interested in fixing the issue, I...
  6. PP2 wheel weigh

Ford's internal shipping info lists the front at 34lbs and the rear at 35lbs. It's usually pretty accurate.
  7. Yet another offset question

I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of CF5Vs and would like some input from people more knowledgeable than myself. Car is a 16 GT PP, lowered ~1 inch all around. Wheels will be 19x10 front 19x11 rear, with 275/35 front and 305/35 DRs rear. But here's the kicker, the car will have GT350R...
  8. Redline interior repair

Yes, but they tend to run on the pricey side. Assuming that's for the RH side of a redline coupe, MSRP is about $720.
  9. Sticker with label on the differential fell off???

What sort of info was on it? A lot of them have a sticker from assembly with the ratio and some other info on them. You usually can't get the sticker except with a new assembly.
  10. New WHeels Installed MRR FS06 Flow Forged---------

It has detailed instructions: https://performanceparts.ford.com/download/instructionsheets/FORDINSTSHTM-2300-Y_BRAKE_KIT.PDF None of the factory wheels clear the brakes aside from GT350 ones, obviously.
  11. When did this accessory option get added?

Those came out about two years ago as a Ford accessory. They finally added it in with the other accessories as a FIA (factory invoiced accessory) option, meaning as stated above, it gets installed at the dealership level.
  12. Hood corrosion

Yeah, we use one of them here, occasionally. With some of those companies, you only have to send in a photo of the original to get a copy. Ford is super in the past on this one.
  13. OEM Rear Bumper Cover Replacement Options

The cores are not reused, and only the bare minimum of the old bumper's carcass needs to be returned with the part number label and barcode intact. They put cores on bumpers, lights, etc to deter aftermarket reproduction. It's an admittedly stupid process.
  14. Rear seat delete

I would also like to see this. I kept mine for this very reason, but haven't gotten around to rigging anything up yet.
  15. 2015 Mustang GT PP cylinder 8 permanent misfire

We have one here right now that is only setting P0308, but it has misfires stored on that whole bank. Tech found the IMRC rod broken on this one.
  16. Hood corrosion

FYI, the emissions label and AC label both have to be ordered through a ridiculously outdated system Ford still uses. The dealer has to fax an order form for the required labels and eventually Ford will snail-mail them to the dealer, complete with hand written VIN on the emissions label. If...
  17. Warranty Repair Rates

Same way, except Ford sets the labor time (as opposed to Mitchell, Alldata, etc which set the customer pay rates based on warranty times). If the warranty job pays 3 hours, and the tech takes 2 hours to do it, the dealership still gets 3 hours at whatever their warranty labor rate is.
  18. Warranty Repair Rates

The warranty repair times are set by Ford. The individual dealership's warranty dollar per hour rate varies and is set by Ford based on numerous factors.
  19. Smoke tint or stock?

Headlights or taillights? Tinted taillights look good on these cars, and they are definitely bright enough to work well still. Or if you want them a little darker but don't want to worry about legalities, you can do black package taillights. I personally dislike the look of tinted headlights.
  20. PP2 part #s needed

Only the Shelby has different spindles or hubs listed.
