Amazingly clean....

We did a cruise on Saturday night for the SA street machine association and the Performance Ford club......I guesstimate that about five hundred cars attended. The wife drove the mustang and I drove one of our Falcons....as we were leaving, I was following my wife.....I had the windows down and...

It was an ideal site for some lunacy, but the national motor museum would have torn us a few new ones for damaging their lawn...:cheers:

A huge thanks to those who organised this cruise and to Deeb for letting those of us who dont use facebook know about the cruise. It was a great day....fourteen cars, bbq, perfect weather and being on display at the national motor museum....doesn't get any better. Also great to meet new forum...

This.............. Jack the car and remove it from underneath....it is near impossible to do from above on the rhd's. It is a reasonably quick process from underneath.

I have bought one of their dashmats for an old falcon. Good fit and quality. If you are looking at one for the new mustang, you need to be aware that the light sensor for your interior light dimming and auto headlights is on the dash, so if covered by a mat, problems with your lighting may occur.

You are not alone....I don't have facebook and not very many of my friends do either. Far better things to do with my time than stare at the rubbish that appears on it.

Russ, I just went back into ETIS and it shows up on mine now too. Back in 2015 when the car was built, and this defect was first raised, it didnt appear. But it did on cars that were built earlier. They must be doing a double check on their fixes. Unless the original fix was not that...

This issue was fixed on the assembly line somewhere around October 2015. I had a look under the bonnet at mine again and it has been done at the factory. Not sure why Ford Aus are getting involved now....I am guessing there is some sort of government requirement to make sure it has been...

That is funny Drew, I dislike the faux gas cap rear panel so much that I bought an extra US GT rear panel. I did it out of sheer terror that I might somehow scratch or damage the one that I have fitted and then might have to refit the stock one. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they...
