You make great points, but I'll call it right now. As an owner of the last two iterations of Mach's, there is no way that the new one sells successfully at 60+k. Ford would have to roll out major incentives to move them. The Bullitt is an absolutely beautiful car, and the marketing Ford put...
It's a good looking car, and falls just about where most thought it would. It's a 55-58K car decked out. Push 60k and it will collect cobwebs on lots. It's a good move for ford to keep the interest of the S550 up with a spike until the new model a few years down the line.
I'd put money on the...
Nice. A slam at Idaho. Thanks for showing who/what I'm dealing with here. And it's "You're" not "Your".
Bang that empty head of yours against the wall all you want. Nobody in their right mind is going to pay 60+k for a Mach 1.
I'm done with you.
There will be no "line ups" for a 60+k Mach 1. I have no idea what you're putting in your cereal, but do share.
Shelby's are not going anywhere. A break from the line-up yes, a total disappearance? Not a chance.
And 50k Mustangs are not "commonplace". Mid level GT's are...
Nobody in their right mind will pay 60k+ for a Mach 1. No matter what it's optioned with. It's still a damn 5.0. End of story.
The 350 sold well. It will be back.
I just can't see the 350 going away forever, and the Mach replacing it. It does not make any sense. The Mach name is not going to carry a 60K car to profitability. There are Bullitt's with cobwebs on them...
Shelby is a name ingrained with the Mustang. Ford would absolutely have lost their mind...
It states right in the damn article that the Mach's were always a bridge between base and Shelby. This is not going to be any different. Think tweaked PP2. It's a good move for Ford as slapping another 65K+ car under the brand would not be a money maker. If I'd guess, I'd say it's stopover to...
Absolute truth.
I've had more mustangs in my life than I care to count. My first was the 84 anniversary addition. Every single one of them outside of my 68 and 65 were manuals. I simply did not want anything to do with an automatic. I was in the market again for a new one, and since I'm getting...
2020's are not going to change much from what they are right now with 19's sitting on lots...
0% with full incentives and rebates will never happen.
2020's will pretty much stay close to where it is right now until next year.
Congrats! She's a beauty. Exactly like mine, but I passed on the magna ride.
Your salesman seems like a pretty cool guy. Pretty cool of him to send you that update.
Let's keep it simple:
The price of car =
The total price of the car the dealer sells it to you for including any amount off MSRP and using any rebates etc. Ford will not finance you at 0% for any length with this option.
The total price of the car the dealer sells it to you for under MSRP...
Just picked up a 2020 premium, auto. PP1, 401a, Security Package, Safe and Smart Package, Active Exhaust, B&O, Nav.
Stickered at 52k. W/ tax, license, dealer fees, and putting 1.5k down. OTD was 47k. 0% for 72.
Howdy all,
Just picked up my 8th Mustang owned. A 2015 premium. I love the car and was wondering if anybody would be so kind as to run an OASIS report for me?
Thanks!
