I'm joined the "AC quit working club" yesterday. 2016 GT with 21k miles and the AC simply quit working. Took it in for warranty service yesterday and today they call and ask if they can change the oil, air filter etc...Good grief...just fix the AC.
Hey Benny,
I got a question for you. I bought a GT 350 spoiler from you for Christmas. I have not installed it on my 16 GT as I've heard it needs to be 60 degrees or higher to insure the doublesidded tape secures well. Can you ask the body shop guys what the real temp requirements are before...
Greetings,
Santa brought a GT 350 spoiler for my 2016 GT. I'd like to install soon as it's a direct fit replacement for the factory small spoiler. The replacement mount is a mix of bolts and double sided tape. My question, as it's been cold lately, is there a minimum safe temp to do this type...
Greetings - I just recently purchased 19 x10 wheels. Can I get a staggered look from going with a wider tire on the rear such as 305/35 rear and run a 285/35 on the front? Is the smarter move to go with 25 mm spacers on the rear and keep the tires the same size? Thanks and Merry Christmas everyone!!
Thanks to all the replies. It would appear my concerns related to ride quality between the 285/35 vs. 275/40 tire sizes is nothing to worry about. I actually enjoy the quality of the ride on the factory 235/50 tires but look forward to the appearance of the incoming new wheels/tires. I'm glad to...
I'm currently running factory 235/50/18 P Zero's on my 2016 GT Premium. New 19 x10 wheels are inbound! I've decided on the Indy 500 thanks to the great information on this forum. Now my question is what size? I initially thought 285/35/19 for a strong squared look, but I keep reading that ride...
So, if all the width of the rear 19 x 11 wheel vs (19 x 10 on the rear) will all be inside the wheel well, it will not help me get the staggered look I'm trying to achieve?
Does adding sway bars impact the ride comfort when going relatively straight? I understand the purpose as related to body roll and turns, but I like the relative comfort of my 16 GT as a daily driver don't want to make the ride quality "too stiff". Thanks.
I'm about to pull the trigger on a new set of wheels for my 2016 GT. I like the look of the staggered appearance but I've never done it before. With a 19 x 10 wheel on all 4 corners, I see some advantages of tire rotation/tire life, and less expensive tires such as 285 vs 305. Perhaps, the 19 x...
