I used a really wet install, athough forgiving also lead to the overall install time. It took awhile to push ALL water out from under the stripes so they would adhere. A 2 sided palm squeegee is included and use the micro fiber covered side when working on exposed stripe.

With a little patience, time and attention to detail you can install them yourself like I did yesterday. It took me about 5 hours of learning as I go. I did however waste and hour trying to us one piece side on the front bumper instead of the 2 the kit provides.

On a red car I would do yellow or silver or some other contrasting color. Following the same styling cue behind why red R's don't come with stripes but thats just me.
I am technically illiterate and need a Forscan for Dummies or a single clear post with what is needed to buy and then do to enable my trans temp readout.

I too have seen those Steeda pics and still jack with rail but support at jacking points. IMO they may balance on rails just fine but no locking point for stands like on the lift points.
