During the Ford Australia Facebook desktop test drive they talked about when you can use it. There are certain conditions that were (from memory) something like you have to be WOT > 5000 rpm
Stangmode's is not a review (and certainly not unbiased given he bought it) and the Aus Ford desk drive is a marketing exercise. Definitely looking forward to some real reviews, comparisons and track tests!
Frankly you guys in the US are spoiled for choice relatively. Many cars in Australia are a rip off compared to their prices in other geographies. The Mustang is actually closer to parity (AUD to USD considered) than many models such as the Euros, which in my mind makes it better value.

I'm really torn on FJG, which is what I've ordered, but I really like the orange accents on the brake calipers and front seats. I'll wait to see more photos/videos before deciding whether to change my order. I'm considering the oxford white as an alternative because I like the contrast with all...
Yeah I've looked into it and can't (yet) find them exactly as per the 64S option wheel on the Mach 1. Presumably they'll become available at some point.
Interesting - in the Australian Mach 1 brochure the logo has always had the silver outline - here it is on the FJG. I like the grill changes though, always thought the different gloss/non-gloss looked odd.
Yeah it would be hard to rationalise if you already had a MY20 GT but there is a bit more to it than 20 ponies and some aero. Think of the Mach 1 as a Bullitt with some GT350 and GT500 bits and pieces!
Those 20 extra hp come from having the GT350 manifold, throttle body and engine oil cooler...
