Tom, you are the classic slow driver in a fast carā¦ā¦ I have had plenty of students like you over the yearsā¦ā¦..the sooner you realize that you donāt even know what you donāt know, the sooner you will be open to actually learn how to become a faster driver, regardless of the carā¦..
Tom, I did not forget about you! Your laps on the videos you posted are 2:15 at best, but even at 2:05 in a 527 HP car is pretty slow....... get a coach......
A well driven Spec Boxster laps Daytona @2:10-2:15, your R (driven by you) with 337 HP more does it 2:15-2:20. That is all I am going to say.......

WILL THIS HEP R HIT $200,000?
Tom here is my parting gift, I made it just for you.....

TO ALL THE HEP OWNERS, I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST REGARDLESS ON WHICH ROUTE YOU WISH TO TAKE WITH YOUR CARS!!
LOL, you are a funny guy.......
With all due respect, unlike you, I was never into "Sunday drives" at the track with my Shelbys during a drivers education events.
When not racing I instruct with Porsche and BMW clubs.
Farewell everyone, it has been a fun and profitable experience with my HEP R!
My advice about tracking would be to get a dedicated track car that you would have no problem walking away from if you ball it up........ if you have that kind relationship with your R, more power to you brother!! Plus driving a slow car fast takes more talent than to drive a fast car slow...
I have a dedicated track car (Spec Boxster) that I track/club race. I would advice you to get a relatively inexpensive track car since I have seen many things go wrong on a track and therefore I would never risk my HEP R to possibly share a track with some "red mist" untalented driver...
