Same as everybody has been saying, check the springs themselves. I have the same exact springs installed about three weeks ago and never heard any coiling or noises at all. I was actually expecting to hear something but nothing so far and I've hit giant potholes (thank you streets of LA)

It's sounding back to normal now. Water might have gotten so where in this machine. It was sounding stuffy now it's clear again. Hmmm

It's already been said 50 times here but yes, stupid loud from cold start but once it's on for a while it's pretty quiet. Then when you punch it, it sets off alarms and people cover their ears.

I use my eyes. Had one back in the day and it beeped when I was about 200ft from a cop or at every Walmart I passed by.

Just my opinion, I don't think they look good on the car. Everyone has there own taste though. If we listened to each other our cars would all look identical.
