I think the idea is that you get the foam base with the spokes on it, you trim them back just enough so that they don't add any height to the wheel, but they stop the foam and kit from moving around.
Are the Central Coast guys going to meet us for breakfast instead of coming all the way down just to drive back?
Can't wait. My first meet up. Only had my Mustang 4 weeks today.:clap2:
I decided that the black wheels with the ruby red were just a bit too dark for my taste and wanted a brighter look, so by then the only choice was aftermarket.
Very happy with the result and get comments everywhere I go.:clap2:
Had my GT Auto for 2 weeks today and have done 1300km. This is a car that can be what ever you want it to be. It is so gentle and easy to drive you could give it to your grandmother to drive. Mine is a DD, regularly for work. I can cruise around all day in city traffic, no stress and no worries...
I have been using the ClicOn mounts as shown in your photo for the last 5 cars and they have been excellent. I've been getting them locally through https://www.holdmyphone.com.au/ . I'm not quite as sure about the positioning of this one as it is very high and obtrusive.
I have always hated...
No, it is virtually stock. I decided too late that I didn't like the black wheels on the Ruby Red and wanted some wheels that would brighten it up a bit. Liked the TSW wheels because they had a polished face on them and I thought that would really brighten it up.
TSW got the wheels in for me...
Although no one has been buying falcons for years anyway. Asked a ford salesman how he was going to go when they stop selling falcons and he said it wouldn't affect him because he couldn't remember the last falcon he sold.
It sad that ford wouldn't promote and support what was a very good...
Definitely interested. I was already trawling through the Ford US parts site for the OEM sub box.

This locally made one looks like a good...
The waiting is the worst part and the closer it gets, the harder it is. The longest 3 weeks of my life were the ones between when the ship docked in Port Kembla, and I took delivery.
For some reason, or perhaps typically, mine was one of the last ones to be taken off the dock and it went to...
Just got my FG jack and brace from Macarthur Auto Parts at Smeaton Grange. They have 3 more in stock for anyone that is interested and they are charging $65.00 each.
If you're in the Narellan area it's a good price and they also said they will ship them out to you. Their phone number is 02...
Picked up my spare from Tempe Tyres this afternoon, so it didn't take them long to get some back in stock. I wanted silver so I'm not sure if that made any difference.
Now I suppose I'd better start practicing to see if I can get the tyres off when they are flat.
Congrats Ray. Now you have about 4 weeks to Baltimore, 3 weeks to load and set sail, 4 weeks sailing, 3 weeks for the dock and dealer. Hopefully before Christmas. If you get caught up in the Christmas break that can delay you a bit from what I have seen.
Mine was on the Parsifal, docked...
