    I guess at this point I am one of the lucky ones as well because I don't notice any slop at the top. As long as there isn't any real world problems that people are having with not having the spring in, I will not put a spring back in

    I wasn't originally looking for the 401a, but i am glad that i got it. I think that the radio is pretty good. Really like the easy exit feature and the blind spot monitor when backing up is very nice. Worth the money
