I dont think its in the settings like the wallpaper. There is an icon for that called boot image or something like that. If you have Nova installed you go to all apps and its there.

jordystang69 I think what it is with hotspot on iphone is that after a period of time hotspot turns off if nothing is connected to it. All I have to do is open hotspot settings window on my iphone and Head unit reconnects to it.

Install Nova launcher and you will be able to find play store and other apps installed.

For those that use Waze app, some settings on it don't work. You can use version 3.9.9 or older and it works fine.

Can that live wallpaper be moved to the bottom so you see all the bars?

Yeah I saw it in the note but my drive is 64GB so it has no Fat32 option. I gotta partition it somehow to switch.

Is it my flash drive or this unit doesn't work with exFAT file system drives? Trying to update to the march firmware update.

I can't turn them off. Default setting on the app is to have all sounds on.

I can do that as well but I can't change these 2 sounds settings: Alerts only and Sound Off. Tried reinstalling waze already

PatrickHenninger Can you also check if Waze lets you change it's sound settings. Its the speaker icon on the bottom right which has 3 options. It never works on mine.

I got the mirroring to work with an Iphone using Phone link native app. Just update the app. Didn't have to do anything on the phone. It connects to the unit wirelessly

I also couldn't tell the difference because our units shipped with 5.1.1 already. Yours also i assume. You can change Celsius in settings.

Mine took longer than 6 mins, i thought it was stuck at first but it finished.

Thanks Patrick, that seems to have worked for me. It's in Settings--System Set--Local Nav -to Off. I'm using Waze as default.
