With the exception of the White, haven't you got the 'Boring" colours in reverse ? First I have heard Greys are less boring than Blue ! Each to their own opinion.
MY23 Colours: New Vapor Blue Metallic, and notably no Orange, Yellow or the new (2022) Eruption Green, Mischievous Purple and Oil Slick Blue, which all appear to have been deleted.
UPDATE Note: Eruption Green & Mischievous Purple - appear to have a second life - See Post #9
Your build (Segmentation) Date could be pushed back, however it looks like yours will be built as a 22.25.
I would send the dealer a reminder with a request for an Order Status Screen-Shot, which should give you your VIN, Scheduled Segmentation (Build) Date and ETA etc, but also conform your...
If it is not built by 23/11/22, it will automatically default to a MY23. With the order to production lead times for our Australian cars, Mustangs ordered now are highly unlikely to be built before then.
Yes allowing for the current overheated market, and the inevitable 2023 price rise you did well!
The Used Mustang market seems to be cooling somewhat, although has been crazy over the last 18 months with the shortages, up to $85K for a low Km MY21.5. This recent Mustang Stop Sale should spark...
If you are NSW Its about RRP (Depending on your Postcode / State Rego) Well at least, given the current dry supply climate, they didn't hit you with a mark-UP
Hopefully your order was registered before the Stop Sale directive. I don't know if this applies to existing unexecuted Dealer Allocations, however I would assume it to be the case.
Best to contact your Broker for clarification, as to where you stand.
In this supply environment, I would not be too confident of Discounting, although Ford Au will no doubt loose a significant number of potential Mustang buyers due to the delays and lack of availability to other brands, reducing pricing pressure eg Stinger etc.

IF is is not built before 23/11/22 it will default to a MY23 anyway.
(4) 2023MY Mustang PRODUCTION SCHEDULE | 2015+ S550 Mustang Forum (GT, EcoBoost, GT350, GT500, Bullitt, Mach 1) - Mustang6G.com
It seems Ford have ramped up their production lately, and brought your Build (Segmentation) Date forward, as Delivery is currently 2-3 months from production.
VINs are usually allocated to a chassis when the Segmentation Date is allocated, so request your dealer to email you an Order Status...
Unless it states it is currently at Baltimore (compound), it is still at Flat Rock (compound), awaiting "Gate Release" transport to Baltimore Port. Getting Closer !!
So the Dealer should know the name of the ship by checking the Order Status on-line - and Email you a Screen-Shot.
LOL, I created an MS Word Doc Log file, with my VIN, so I could also just Cut & Paste my vin onto the search site each time. Sometimes you can save the page link including the vin...
The good news is Mustang Production has finally ramped-up over the previous years June, with a massive 107.5% increase for June 2022 over same month 2021, however it is still down 17.9% YTD. (note this is general overall Production, and while probably indicative, my not accurately reflect exact...
