Just ordered a track pack in this color for a customer. I actually showed him the thread and it sold them on it. I think it's going to look great, he just hasn't decided if he wants red or black stripes.
As far as the above question. It is indeed true and has been stated the R's were assigned via lottery. Everyone who got one was told by the end of April.
A DORA is not a contract, rather it is the dealer putting a request in to try and get the vehicle from Ford.
I'm amazed you don't...
I think the internet is correct one out of every hundred times. Look at even just past 350 arguments for this. Also I wouldn't be so quick to believe anything you hear without a contract and not a retail or buyer's order which even says on it that it may be subject to change.
Also lying...
The allocations are known. The lottery was on April 28th and then everyone was notified through their regional sales team.
Both those allocations numbers seem far to high. Also the 1st GT350 is not going to Texas.
Sadly accurate.
Short throw is something basic if that is what your looking for you can go anywhere for the most part dealer included. If you want more I would recommend Wicked Motorsports.
That number should likely rise slightly, I know a lot of us were very busy last night and you could report until midnight. It was a great month for Ford.
Just to shed some light on some points. There is no speed that the VIN should be assigned in because it all depends on what quarter your allocation is for. Also for most in the Northeast region there was an issue ordering except if you used the old system of Conceps, and we couldn't get a...
It really amazes me that if Ford made the car start at 70k but there was no ADM he would have nothing to complain about.
Let's be real, it's the car. There is a reason that everyone saying they have MSRP or below deals are waiting on a call, or is getting promised something with no order...
I'm actually incredibly disappointed in Ford. They in my opinion set the dealers up for failure. They know that the vehicle is going to have far more demand then supply, and they drop the price low to make it seem affordable. Then they decide to build them in such a way the general public...
Everyone pays advertising fees that's built into the price of the car, that's not a fee charged by the dealer. The DMV is estimated until it is pushed through. As a dealer in NJ I'd love to steal their business, but those two parts are correct.
I think it will be a case of patient more then anything else. I have already had some customers leave deposits for 16's, and a 16 R. He wanted the 15 but I kept it honest with him. The 16 350r will have a mark up, but not as much as the 15 350R, just naturally. I don't expect these to ever...
A lot of those parts are a much better quality then anything you can get significantly cheaper and then you lose the Roush name and seal of excellence. I will try and post some pictures tomorrow.
The 15 GT350's should be built and delivered by the time the 16's are starting to be produced in the being of August. I only say should because the 50th anniversary arrived behind schedule and most of the current Mustangs have been a little delayed recently too.
I have no idea where the 750...
