Are people finding that the inner door sill plastic near the door sill is getting a lot of scuff marks, also the lower door area. Because of the size of the doors, the width of the door sill area combined with the low entry into the car my plastic bits are getting hammered. Couple of scratches...
Thanks for the help guys. Someone told me that they thought the Aussie engine oil cooler might be located in a different spot than the USA version but not sure.
Do all gt's have an auto tranny cooler standard? Even the aussie version?
Thanks
I was just wondering if someone into mechanics could answer a few questions for me. Would be appreciated.
Is the engine oil cooler on the mustang a liquid to liquid cooler? Is it on the bottom left hand side of the block with cooling coming in from the bottom radiator outlet? Are the mishimoto...
It is funny you ask that question. Until I read the ad I didn't realise that different valve caps might upset the tmps.
Yesterday I got the car back from a service at the Ford dealership. It was booked in for that as well as the tmps warning on the dash always going off, which it had done...
Whoops, pasted the wrong link. Here is the correct one.

Very expensive mod
Haven't ever spent this much money on a mod before. Must say tho that it is kinda cool to match the centre cap with the valve caps. A few people noticed pretty quickly and liked it. :)...
I have never paid any attention to the so called 'experts' opinions on any car I buy and never will. I buy it for myself, not what somebody else with an opinion thinks about it. I am an expert too on what I want and that will do me.
Actually the previous batch got here after 3 days I was told.
Bathurst is not far from Sydney. I have driven from here to Pitt Street mall in under 2 hours, admittedly it was a once off and about 15 years ago. Some mates that go to the footy at Telstra stadium leave about 11pm and are home by...
OK, my mustang has been delivered to my dealer today, 3 days shy of a year, can't complain considering some otherrs on here were waiting far longer.
Anyway it is all over now! This is the first car I have owned where I actually know the vin number by memory.
From dock to dealer was 4 days...
I really don't think this will stop people from buying a Mustang. It didn't stop all the Holden fans from buying Commodores when they were getting one star ratings.
If you want it you will buy it whatever the car.
I prefer the nickel lustre wheels myself but do concede the black rims make the stang more muscle car in appearance whereas the silver make it slightly more classy in looks, more euro, sort of. In the flesh the black rims look better than they do in pics where they get a bit lost in the...
Didn't like it all when I first saw it, esp the front end but it is starting to grow on me a bit. Still prefer the current design but now don't hate the new version.
Jumby, have you ever thought of doing tours of the top end and elsewhere? I feel like I am going around Oz without leaving the loungeroom. I have told mates about this thread who don't even own Mustangs, and they are telling me about the latest update before I get to read it. Keep it coming, I...
I don't live in WA but did come across this dealer, Nuford Wangara, who are offering different options on the stang straight from the dealer. I haven't noticed this before at other dealers?
Scroll the page a bit to see what I am talking about...
