Yea totally agree. It starts with one person who says it and gets repeated as fact and everyone ends up disappointed. I doubt Ford said that. Even if they had something big to announce they wouldn't tip their hand like that.

I think chazcron's render of it is pretty much what it will look like minus one louver. When I first saw the pics I was picturing those cheap retro tackon louvers but this actually looks pretty good.

I saw a few social media postings with pics of this commercial being filmed and a lot of references to the 80's. my guess is it'll be a "this isn't the Mustang you remember from your childhood anymore" or "the Mustang has grown up" kind of thing.
