Exactly! That's why I was hoping it was just defective and CJPP would refund me or at the very least, send me a replacement. Nope, they got thier money and were pretty content to tell me to fuck off (in a nice customer service kinda way) when I asked for a refund. Like I said, I'm done with them.
That's what CJPP is claiming, but I can assure you it wasn't. The loc-tite (which really has no business being used on something that should be able to come off at will) never solidified. I didn't wait over night, I only waited about 2 hours.
Needless to say, it's a very poor manufactured...
I've been holding off for the Steeda tune and CAI without the restrictor. Waiting for new Dynotune numbers from them or from someone else with the their combo. As of now, the numbers they've posted aren't in line with their competition. I have no doubt however, they'll get there soon enough.
4 and 6 irritate the shit out of me. Like you, I still love the car though. However, for $42K, it is complete bullshit. Quality was not "Job 1" when it came to panel fitment and tranmission decisions.
Love it! Will it change the handling characteristics at all? I assume not if it's already the same spring at the ones it comes with with a slightly different rate.

I'm strictly referring to CAI and tune only. There doesn't seem to be any consistent "as much as XX HP and XX TQ gains" claims being mentioned regarding the S550's as there are for the 11-14 Coyotes. I'm sure that has a lot to do with the maturity of the Gen. 1 platform.
Please keep us posted as I'm interested in a Lund tune, but truth be told, I'm wondering if those of us that are on the fence about tuning a brand new car might be better off waiting just a while longer. The Gen. 2 Coyotes don't seem to have as much unleashed yet as the Gen. 1's did.
Has anyone done this yet? I really can't stand the skyjacked front end of my S550. I'd like to drop the front about a 1/2" - 1".
Are any performance companies on these boards selling anything to accomplish this yet?
Thanks in advance for the input.
You are doing the right thing. You're not blasting them (Bama) in any way. I'm sure you spent hard-earned money on this tune, and you're bringing your results to the attention of other forum members. Thank you for keeping us in the loop. I was also looking at a Bama tune, and I'll hold off...
