All headers will "kill low to mid range torque" Its All bullshit, every dyno curve shows 1-7/8 makes way more power than stock in all rpms. A coyote engine will "feel slow" even when making more power because it doesnt make torque like an LS and if its tuned smoothly with a long throttle...
