I'm with JLT. 1. My install was EASY. Step by step instructions are even included....like swap a spare tire easy. 2. The OP blasted JLT, and it was his own fault.

They will get heated to 350-425 degrees depending on the powder. I think ford is just covering their own behinds, but you should be just fine.
