Permanently?? Not trying to doubt you, but are there actual owners who have reported hitting that limit, and has Tesla admitted it? How many passes to get there? :eyebulge:
For a post bashing others for assumptions, you sure make a lot of assumptions about others' experience. That's not quite so smart.
My personal experience is 3 separate leases between myself and my wife, each of which was way over miles and had other reasons that we would have been charged...
Honest question... what sort of hit is there to driving range from a single ludicrous mode 1/4 mile pull? Can the car do multiple pulls?
Also, anyone have a real-world experience with a highway pull against one of the top end Teslas? Curious how they hold up at those speeds.
Don't turn it in to the same dealer. Do a dealer buy-back at a different dealer. You may be a bit underwater, but probably nowhere near the amount you'd be on having to put the car back to factory.
If you trade it at another dealer (dealer buy-back, and not lease turn in), they'll likely not...
Like the title says... does anyone know of any way to disable the nav system lockout when moving? When my wife is in the passenger seat, it's plenty safe for her to be able to actually put in the address, and the voice functionality is not always all that functional.
Muffler delete, but still have stock resonator & cats.
Volume at idle: 3 of 10
Volume at constant speed: 5 of 10
Volume at WOT: 8 of 10

Sounds absolutely amazing, and I'm one of those that doesn't mind a bit...
Most stoplight races I've seen (in Mexico) don't end at 60mph. What sort of legs does this thing have top-end for 35k? The Model S P100D is a pretty stout car in the quarter, or on the street up to 100-120, but I'm going to guess this Model 3 is going to be intended for performance at much...
I DD the thing year-round on summer tires since our winter was only about a week, and was in the 50s this year... I couldn't imagine being stuck in a place where I had to take public transportation all the time or where I had to park it because of weather.
Why on earth do people really need all this extra justification for one vs. the other?? :frusty:
We all know autos are faster on the track, so if you're like bluebeastsrt, and you want to race the thing, you're going to get an auto... If you don't want to bother with shifting in traffic, or...
neodark - Bunky's! Best oysters in town right there!
I thought that guy on the side of the road was a screwed up looking sand hill crane or something for a minute. Took 3 or 4 times to even see the top of the body. Someone looking for a payday or a burial, for sure.
We're definitely close...
Not too terrible as far as close calls go, but just a good example of the kind of mindlessness that goes on all the time on the roads around here. Florida drivers are the absolute worst...
