Not surprised considering the 2015 Camaro SS 1LE does this already. If you can handle the sound of that motor and the visibility issues. I do like the sound of the ZL1 though.
It's taken me 5 months to finally find a comfortable seat position. Seat all the way down in front, raised in the back about halfway, seat back tilted back a bit. Before finding this position I hated these seats....now I like them.
My thoughts too. $7K more on the model I priced. It would be a hard decision if I had to do it over again. One thing, I think the Scatpac is underbraked especially compared to the PP Brembos. They should have bigger brakes!
I have to admit, when the Scatpac was introduced I went to the dealer and checked it out, and liked it. Price isn't bad at around $40k for a base model (but still about $7k more than the base GT PP with x-plan). I love the retro look of the new Challenger, the sound, and the extra room in the...
And he said it locks when the doors lock. My doors lock the moment I hit 5 mph and stay locked. That doesn't stop a brick from breaking your window in a protest blocking the roadway.
Another reason I'm glad I didn't get the security option. I keep my gun and sunglasses in there and need access at all times. Believe me, a scumbag crook will just break the crap out of your console or glovebox to get what's inside and you not only lose what's inside, but end up with a broken car.
Tested this out with the GT PP with .373's. It has such good torque and top end that you can drive no problem at 10mph in 4th gear, then top out at 100mph without shifting. That's impressive.
