I am the same way also, but times are changing. I will say that when I exchange this one, I will be doing it at a carvana location and I will be able to drive and look at it before I sign the paperwork. The person I talk to also will not be a tow truck driver that may or may not care about the car.

I hope so too.. I found a service record in the glove box. Said they serviced it with the heavier weight oil. I am wondering if the last oil change was done with the ford recommended oil which is the issue, but not really sure.

A few actually. The paint had been re worked as you could see hard paint lines on the hood, around the vent. When the tow truck driver took her off the truck he scraped the hell out of the front lip. There were actually bolts stick up thru the flat bed and they took chunks out of the front...

Hello all, just traded the 18 GT for a 16 GT350. So far the 1 hour i have had it, I am in love all over again! Chassis number G1709!!

One would think the amount of money we spend on this stuff that it would be correct. Shouldn't have to use old parts or even question the new parts. But at the end of this day, I am happy. No more scraping sounds and they fixed the original issue.
