Power wire and fuse from battery, ground wire, remote turn on wire, and speaker wire spliced from your existing rears to the box. It's a relatively easy install if you have the time and soldering gun. If not, the price you were quoted isn't that far off
With the p-300 subs you don't need a loc. I wired mine off my rear speaker wires and it works great. Been installed by myself (with the help of searching the forums) for almost a year. My only issue was polarity from the speakers to the sub at first but once I fixed that it sounded great.
I installed the 12" powered sub last year and still love it. The install was easy and definitely enough base to shake the mirrors. My kids love it because they feel like they're getting a massage in the back seat when I turn the bass up. Definitely worth the money
Patiently waiting. Been wanting to update my system for a bit now. This is awesome that OEM is coming out with this. It's been over 20 years since I've played with sound upgrades and this will definitely simplify my install.

I'm looking to upgrade my cloth seats to leather. I'm going back and forth between the factory leather take offs and the Katzkins. The factory ones are about $200 cheaper. I don't mind spending the extra if the Katzkins are that much better but money is money.
For those who have leather...
