The MMD spoiler needs 4 holes drilled from the top. I recommend 1/4" bit as what they recommend is a little too tight for the screws. The screws are installed from inside the trunk in existing holes on the inside. Also recommend a magnetic screwdriver for the screws as the middle 2 holes are...
It all comes down to personal tastes. I was torn between the 2 spoilers (seeing I was going to have to drill anyways). I really like the way the MMD looks. As far as install they are both easy to do. Just take your time and you'll be kicking back with a beer and enjoying the new look.
Thanks. I had paralysis by analysis trying to pick a spoiler. I love the new style of the Mustangs but the rear end was missing something. Glad I pulled the trigger on the Foose spoiler. Now to find something for my car to blow my money on
Just received my spoiler from American Muscle. The paint matches perfectly right from American. Took about 30 minutes to install. The only nerve racking part was drilling holes into a trunk on a car with only 700 miles:doh: Thanks again Alex for the hook up
I have the scosche Magic mount in mine installed just above the center vents. Works great (amazed on the strength of the magnet for my iPhone 6 Plus). The mount doesn't look out of place when the phone is not there.
Thanks for the quick ship Alex. The MMD Foose spoiler looks great. I'll be putting it on this weekend and take some pics. The paint matches perfect. American Muscle just got a long term customer.
Thanks again Alex. Not only have you guys responded quickly as a company through email but I'm shocked that my order was confirmed at 10:30 this morning and I got UPS tracking at 1:30. Keep up the great service!
Gil
Alex at American is tirelessness working on hooking us up. Just gave me a great deal on a painted spoiler. Shoot him a pm for what you're looking for and he responds very quickly.
I have the Roush definitely recommend it. Took no time to install. It definitely changes the sound when I jump on it and I noticed a performance gain as well.
