Would the 235/50-18 Michelin Pilot Super Sport be much of an upgrade over the stock 18inch P-zeros?
Would the 245/50-18 fit?
I actually really like the look of the stock rims but as SD_GT mentioned the tires themselves simply don't provide much traction after a few thousand miles.

I'm just wondering if I should add a couple of these tires to my rear wheels or just purchase a wider wheels first that would fit a 255 or 265 wide tire.
Any opinion...
Those who have had Solo installed by a shop. Did the 2 boxes received from Solo fit in your trunk at all? Or did you have to remove the pipes from the boxes first. Looks like a tight squeeze but doable.
Getting my solo Mach XV installed on Saturday.
Thank you!

Several forum members have had a lot of success with this route. I also went this route with the H-pipe delete and Magnaflow 11226 mufflers. All though the sound was great...
I yanked that thing out awhile ago but I agree, unless its a completely stock system that sound tube does nothing but add unwanted drone to the cabin.

Magnaflow 11226 and h pipe
Well after hearing about the good experiences with this build I ended up going with the Magnaflow 11226 mufflers and some nice 4 inch stainless tips.
The sound was really good. if stock mufflers are a 1/10 in terms of volume and h pipe resonator delete with stock...
Correct - I have the h pipe and stock mufflers. Was trying to gauge how much louder the Mach cat back would be. I think I just need to call up Steve and place a order.
I am on the fence about this. Has Anyone had just a reasonator delete (h-pipe) and upgraded to the Mach Cat back? Wondering the volume increase.
Thank you!
Let us know how it goes. I'm stuck between what Sinister and Kris got (magnaflow) and the Borla Pro XS.
I'd really like to see how the Borla Pro XS mufflers sound with a H pipe. The only video I could find on the web with the Pro XS mufflers was with a X pipe.
Also for those looking to do...
Good afternoon!
I have the Diablo in tune and recently purchased a Steeda CAI without the restrictor. After talking with DiabloSport I was told that Bama would be able to write a tune for this set up.
Well after purchasing my tune and sending in my request into Bama I just found out from...
Be sure to post a video ! I'm still trying to decide myself. It's getting colder in Phx so the h pipe only is sounding better but I think I'll eventually upgrade to this system. Sounds too good
I also really like the tone of these. It sounded pretty bassy in the cabin from the unedited video but I think it's just the microphone used. As I currently have only the h pipe delete I'm thinking This solo system had probably moved to the top of my list in terms of next mods..
Question on...
Any update from your friend? I think most of these videos sound a lot more realistic with some nice bassy headphones. I've pretty much narrowed down to either these or the ARH axle back to add to my h pipe. I've almost pulled the trigger a couple times Just been having a hard time dropping a...
Does your friend have any videos of his set up with the H-pipe and steeda axle back? You said cell phone video wont do it justice, but its certainly better than no video.
Thank you!
Hey all -
I'm wondering who else bought an aftermarket h-pipe and decided later to throw on an axle back as well. Since the information is kind of scattered thought it might be helpful for people to share their own experiences here.
I know CJ Pony Parts tested the Ford Racing by Borla touring...
