The quick release connectors made draining the can a snap! Don't forget to hold onto the nut when removing the can from the mounting bracket. Here's confirmation that this product is preventing oil from entering your intake.
The following recall affects EB Mustangs through 02/10/15. This could explain the delay. They must have been sorting out this issue at this time.

I also found it hard to find pics of the rear of base Mustang. Mine is an Ecoboost, but I hope it helps. I included one that includes the side of the car to address the concern user-Unintelligible had.
I'm still trying to sort out which solution to go with... In the mean time, I'm using a temporary DIY vent mount solution. I put a large binder clip in a bench vise to relieve some of the closing tension and bent the arms to accommodate my phone. (Idea from Lifehacker.com)
