I downloaded an update for my SYNC but I'm a little leery about flashing the chips in any devices with new software. Has anyone done an update on their SYNC and had it "brick"/die in the process?

How many of you run with your tank half or less? You generally keep mine at 1/4 tank. I figure I'm saving roughly 75lbs. Does that sound right? Gas weighs just a little over 6lbs a gallon.
