Hi McDoodle
Thanks for your feedback, it is exactly what I noticed on mine. Not sure if the padding plays a role here but definitely the fact that there is only one bolt. The end of the bracket lifts a bit away from the hood making it difficult to put the pin back in. Reinstalling the bracket...
Hi Enoch and McDoodle
Great tutorials, I used them to install my kit (ordered in the US though but checking with Robbie from Steeda UK, it seems I got the new EU spec bracket :)).
I have a LHD, but the only thing that changes is the location of the battery cover. The hood bracket with the hole...
I installed the Steeda hood struts yesterday :clap2:. The installation guide with the pictures is a great help, there is also 2 videos of a UK user on the forum here somewhere which is helpful too. :o
They look great, and work perfectly, I have no hood displacement problem as YLA G. :hail:
I...
Yes if you go on their Facebook "mustang by St christophe" you will see their different preparations. My axle backs came from them :D

Sorry to hear that gojensen :(, pretty dangerous if they allow left turns up a hill without visibility :crazy:
Holy m***er f**k, that is a nut job, first reaction watching the video was "chase it, chase it!" to get the licence plate number and yell at the douche in the car. But that is...
Yup that is our standard in front :D.
Garage St Christophe (the one in John's pictures) also did a nice replica of the wheel scoop GT350 style.
I will be going to the garage next week if everything is available to lower the car + spacers + tinted windows, if you have any questions I can ask...
Being of Swiss and French nationality, I hope the game is going to be as fun as during the World Cup in Brazil. I will be for France in that game but all others I am supporting Switzerland, France and Belgium (yes I also have the Belgian Nationality :D - the perfect mix for all the jokes  )
Not that bad for the mustang in comparison to the 2 others:
The Mustang came closest to achieving Top Safety Pick status, Lund said. Its small-front overlap rating holds it back, but otherwise it outperforms both its competitors in roof strength.
Skeptical about the plate near the cup holders as your arm tends to rest there depending on your seating position. The plate on the trunk is horrible, why not in the cap?? :headbonk::headbonk: Otherwise looks like a nice model, but 50units???
Indeed this is pretty dumb if it concerns all the hood struts... Have you tried posting this in a US thread to see what our colleagues in the US have as experience with this?
I seem to have been lucky and got an EU spec part with my Steeda order from the US :clap2: (thanks Robbie for confirming this yesterday :hail:). I will be mounting them tonight and post pcitures :).
As John mentioned, some pictures would be great. I ordered the Steeda ones last week from the US too (came cheaper with the conversion rate CHF to $ as CHF to ÂŁ - sorry Steeda UK :) )
I wanted to install them today but if there is a problem with them then I might just send them back without...
Holy shit GTGreg!! The picture was posted on our french forum as well, I feel your pain having the DIB too, would be very sad to see my car like that :(. But at least you are all in one piece and that is the most important! :)
