I see, I understand. The circle in the attached photo looks like the lock actuator, but can't you see the chime microswitch from here? The shift lock actuator on my car repeatedly releases and locks when I step on the brake, so this may be related.

That's probably the same problem as me. Could you please give me more details about the micro switch and the shift lever rod? By rod do you mean the part marked with a circle?
