I had this issue as well, its probably the fuse. Check the fuse box, I'm can't remember which fuse number it was but i had this issue twice and it was the fuse.

I got 62s and i make 800 wheel on 14lbs. the turbos take a bit to spool but once they hit at around 3-4k rpm its a big hit and it keeps pulling up top. The 55s should be great though for your goal and i think with those you get instant torque appose to waiting a bit longer for the 62s to...
