  1. Mustang Photo Thread

July17 was the manufactured date IIRC, but was still in Ford stock when I was looking for one in Sep18 lol and was exactly what I wanted - I prefer the older front, wanted yellow and really liked the discount and 0% offer :like: Re the reg, couldn’t believe it was available when I was looking...

  5. What did you do to your UK S550 Mustang Today

Thanks, have always wanted red calipers :) Pretty sure GT101 will do anything - they’ve done everything on mine bar simple bits I’ve managed to do myself, the PP2 that I got KentMustang to do for Warranty purposes and the first service that TrustFord did for free. While it was in, they also...

  8. Reverse lockout sticking

Hiya Bob, Say 30min? Whilst it is easy in terms of difficulty, there are a few tricky bits - removal of gear stick trim requires force which is unnerving as does splitting the original lock-out. Tbh, I rate my competence as relatively low and I managed it :giggle: This guy highlights the...
  9. Reverse lockout sticking

Hiya Bob I’ve not had your issue but just switched mine over to the Steeda one when I was replacing my gaiter. IIRC the Steeda one is a single billet piece rather than the split plastic (ie breakable) OEM one - looks good too lol. Supplied by KentMustang. Benno
  10. Mustang Photo Thread

Hiya, any more pics that show off more of the black roof? Mine’s very similar to yours except the roof and I’m considering that next mod but can’t make up my mind and whilst have found pics on the web, most are GT350 with red or white bordered stripes Thanks, Benno

No boot pull down has irritated me from day one so finally fitted one. Some suitable pull down off eBay, templating in cardboard and tape, sharp Stanley and lashings of hot glue....... Next step is to add some strengthening to spread the force to panel’s fixings - not sure on some...
  14. What did you do to your UK S550 Mustang Today

Finally rec’d engine bay plastics from Nemesis so gave the engine bay a bit of a clean and slapped them on - Ford Perf. radiator cover, MMD radiator cover side extensions and strut tower caps. Very happy with results :like: I need to get a move on with finishing my engine and rocker covers...

  19. Strut Bar

I got mine from eBay - imported from US - YatesPerformance. A pricey way to do it but it was the one that I wanted. Just did a quick search on eBay and there’s a place in US doing take-off ones for not TOO bad a price...
  20. Replacing the Map Reading Lights on a 2019 Mustang

Not sure if yours is diff to my ā€˜17 but I tried pulling and gave up - too scared - so pushed it back. I then just used 2 picks to pick out the lamp covers and did it the bulbs that way. Funnily enough, replaced a duff LED just now - easy. Benno
