This is on a 2020 gt500 with the dct. The stock clutches should hold the power pretty easily. I will go to r888s here soon. Its mainly going to be just fun hits on the street. Might hit the drag strip once or twice.
So I landed some deals on slightly used take off parts for a car thats going twin turbo. I want to to try for 900whp area on e85 without porting the blower if possible. Would this list get me there or do I need more parts? Also im not chasing the number specifically I just want to be in the area...
I was watching that last night. They are trying to make race cars a thing of the past it seems. I cant believe how hard they are going at tuning shops. All the more reason to get my parts and get tuned asap I suppose.
I really wanted to go the race pipe route but if I cant find any ill pay for the kooks headers. Kooks will be better in the long run but a PITA to install.
I noticed lethal performance doesnt list the cat delete race pipes anymore. Do they no longer sell these? I was hoping to do the race pipes so I didnt have to do long tubes right away.
I highly doubt they offer a manual. The dct is an amazing transmission and makes the car as fast as it is. Would be nice to have options sure but I would still take the dct over the manual.
When you guys say 50/50 chance an intake would void the warranty how could they tell it had one assuming you put the stock back on before warranty work?
I definitely agree with spending more for quality parts. I just didnt know if the injector clinic injectors were a quality part or not. I will go for 1300s and i might go ahead and do the division x fuel rails as well just so I have peace of mind later down the road.
Will do! One last question. I may go e85 down the line, and looking at injectors the id 1300s are like $1800 but the injector clinic 1200cc are $1000. Are injector clinic good injectors or are the id 1300s worth the extra $800? I would rather not go with 1050s if im going to spend the money i...
If i do a 2.75 Are the injectors necessary? Im looking to do this as a first step mod. Later down the road ill go with 1300s and e85 so i want to avoid buying 1050s if possible just to sell them early next season.
Is a 2.65 pulley pushing it on pump gas? I want to be able to take my car to mid ohio still and not worry about blowing it up from too much boost on pump.
Looking to do the first set of mods on my car and want to hit 800whp on pump gas. Anybody know when you run out of fuel on the stock injectors? My thoughts are lethal race pipes, jlt intake, 2.85 pulley, palm beach dyno tune should get me there or very close on 93, or am I wrong? Is there other...
