I removed it, but good lord it is a PITA! The bolt attaching it to the firewall is a bitch. I took it out when I did an aftermarket intake. I like how it cleans up the engine bay a bit. I didnt really notice any change in sound. I took the tube out in my STi and noticed it was a bit quieter...

Nice. In 2004, I found a bone stock Turbo Supra on a dealer lot for $19k - with 42k miles. I bought it, put 4k miles on it in a year, sold it for $29k. Wish I had kept it!! :headbonk:

I did the exhaust at about 300 miles. The Airaid intake and Bama tune went on at about 600 miles. Then I got serious and ordered a Procharger and a bunch of MMR stuff at 1000 miles. However, I ended up trading in the car/selling the blower before I could enjoy it. I think you should wait about...

It looks good. My friend has it on his GT - although, he has the whole black and white thing going on, with tint, black wheels, black badges, etc. The plate completes the look!

LOL, yep. After a few too many close calls over the years (and one crash back in 2002) I decided to get a Subaru. I can still take the SS when it's warm and dry out!
